Called bank Holiday Monday with my partner to look for a vanity unit for my mother. A friendly young girl which I later found out was called Georgia served me when I saw a vanity unit I liked and wished to purchase. It had a price label on it which stated 1200mm vanity unit £699 sale price £195 which was what I paid and I also purchased a towel radiator for £70. Total £265. I asked Georgia if it could be delivered or would we have to collect it. She said she would find out and could someone ring me the next day (tues) I said this was fine and took my receipt. I didn't hear anything by Thursday so thought I would ring to find out what was happening. I spoke to "the owner" Kamil who asked which vanity unit it was? I had taken a photo that included the price ticket and he went on ridiculous saying I could not have it for that price as it was the wrong price and that poor Georgia would be sacked the next day for selling it to me for that price and she would have to pay for her mistake. I explained that I had already paid for it and had receipt and Georgia sold it at the price it was advertised at it wasn't really her fault. He wouldn't listen and started ranting about he would have to close his doors if he sold it at that price but then said could I have it but without the taps and sink laughable really. I asked if I took a refund could Georgia keep her job although I really hope she leaves and gets a better job elsewhere. He has broken the law as I had paid for it and had a receipt but he was so rude and disrespectful I would never buy from this man ever again. BEWARE THE PRICE YOU SEE IS NOT THE PRICE YOU WILL PAY!!!!

Kamil and his team refurbished my ensuite shower room to a very high standard. Competetive price (with no upfront deposit required) and excellent workmanship. All staff were friendly, polite, professional and hard working. I am extremely happy with the final result and would have no hesitation in recommending this company. JS 14/01/22

The completed shower initially had 3 faults, a chipped tile, a tile spacer left in and the water inlet hole left partially exposed. Another problem discovered when the shower was first used was the drain being blocked which required the floor being taken up and the drain reinstalled. On the positive side the faults were quickly rectified.

I heartily recommend Kamil and his team at KO Bathrooms. They did a thoroughly professional job of designing and installing a top class new bathroom in my new home. I generally judge companies on how they deal with problems or complaints and this company deals with these very well, hence the well deserved five stars!

Kamil and his team have completed two full en-suite refits in the last eighteen months and I cannot fault the work. The whole process, from design, removal of old, fitting of new, to the cleaning up and aftercare, is undertaken with complete professionalism and attention to detail. I recommend KO Bathrooms 100%.
