Excellent fast and great service when my car hit a curb and I wrecked the tyre and crawled the car into the garage. So helpful and welcoming and they managed to fit me into the busy schedule. Waiting for the work to be done in the reception room and it struck me how professionally, efficiently and politely they dealt with the customers.

It started of well on the phone George was very nice . Things took a turn when I got to the store. The welcoming attitude changed very quickly. Whilst in store I observed their behaviour towards Caucasian customers and non. Significantly different. It then became apparent that being well spoken on the phone granted you a welcoming tone. Being face to face meant you are exposed as a non Caucasian and they became obviously ignorant. To top it of no seat guards are worn and your vehicle is left covered in grease. When this was pointed out I was handed a can of silicone spray and blue role to clean it myself. Dangerous and an absolute gisgrace. Good place for E D L. Not so good for others.

Fantastic service!! Very helpful and friendly. Ashley was extremely patient with me as I was very stressed and flustered. He went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and was very quick to sort out my problem. The work was carried out very quickly and efficiently. Thank you to all the staff that were there.

Every time I need help I pop to this branch and the staff are always so helpful and I don’t feel like I’m being ripped off for being a woman. Most recently a lovely lad called George helped with with a bolt for my battery so I could drive my car safely. You should give the lad a pay rise he is an asset to your company
