Lady Seaward’s Church of England Primary School

The First Federation Trust is a Devon-based Multi Academy Trust, comprising 19 primary schools. We started out as a small group of schools in South Devon and our founding schools have been working together since 2006. We now have member schools stretching across Devon and into Dorset.

Our family of schools are a wonderfully diverse mixture, ranging from two-class village schools to larger, coastal town schools.

We aim to enhance the provision at all our schools, whilst enabling them to maintain their individual identities and the freedom to shape and deliver a curriculum that reflects their school's values and the aspirations of the children they serve. Collaboration is fundamental to our approach. Our schools are encouraged to innovate and share new approaches, making sure we keep our programmes fresh and relevant.
