Agata1 StarI am really unhappy with my yearly membership so far. I've tried to book an induction at the gym which was cancelled 3 times and there was no email or any notice about it until I arrived at the gym. I also had to go back home 5 times already in a span of 2 months because the pool was closed which there was no information about it either. The hours seem to never match the timetable and there's always something going on prevent me from going swimming.
Not to mention how dirty the changing rooms are. You can find balls of hair there and dirty nappies on the floor.
Also, in the afternoon about 4-6pm, only 2 lanes are dedicated to lane swimming and a big part of the pool to leisure. That doesn't stop people from just standing in the middle of the lane and not swimming, blocking everyone else. The lifeguards only sometimes deal with it but it happened 3 times already.
Overall, I would look elsewhere if you're thinking of joining a gym / swimming pool.Saturday 9th July 2022

hassan ali2 StarCame here for the first time to use the sauna steam room. Wasn’t impressed. Sauna steam room smelt like bad drains, hygiene in general was poor. Changing rooms smelt also and dirty showers. Steam room wasn’t working properly and producing no steam, the handle on the door was broken to enter the steam room. I won’t be coming back mainly due to the poor hygiene and smell in the facilities.Wednesday 1st June 2022
