Lakeland Flooring North West Ltd is a carpet shop and flooring business in the North West.
We have been operating for over 15 years now with regards to the fitting and retail aspect of the flooring trade. Not only do we supply flooring , we also fit it ,giving our customers a complete service. Our large showroom and warehouse, situated in Morecambe is just 10 minutes off the M6 from Lancaster.
Here we have on display one of the areas largest laminate flooring and LVT , Karndean Flooring selections- as well as full rolls , roll ends of carpet and cushioned vinyl flooring- available to take home or have delivered on the same day as purchase.

Emma Reynolds3 StarTrying to write a measured reflection of my not so great experience, because I've had worse (Safestyle!! 😩). Communication was very good at the point of sale but when it came to the fitting, there were a few issues to say the least.
A brand new extension was left with uneven, bumpy LVT, some with penknife cuts into them and with scree left splattered up the skirting boards, whole sides of room where sealant hadn't been applied and some damaged areas of floor board.
On finding some planks lifting up due to insufficient glue, I asked for some repair/rectification works to be done. This took around 8-9 weeks to arrange with lots of chasing. Sadly we've had to leave it there as it's made an even bigger mess.
That said, I think it was a tricky fit. They have tried their best I think and were pleasant to deal with. It's a floor, it's functional as a floor. I'm upset and disappointed in the lack of quality given the expensive price paid but you live and learn by these experiences.Monday 17th July 2023

Let me take the samples home to choose the colour. Then the fitting by Tom and Jack was first class. They took the time to do it right.
