We hired Lead Element to enhance security in our street after a few incidents. Since they started their operation, crime and anti-social behaviour has almost disappeared. Being ex-military they are very organised, super professional and very reliable. Every time I had to deal with them they were friendly and very responsive. They also have been very proactive in engaging with our community. Our family feels much safer having them around. I highly recommend them!

Heartless staff, saying they want to stick to an all ex military ethos, when not all the guys are ex military, I was thrown under the bus with this company, zero empathy, cut my shifts without a valid reason, I was on compassionate leave for 7 days then they decide to cut me off completely after I lost a close loved one. No reason or explanation as to why I was cut off, and I'm a very hard worker regardless ex military or not. If you want the ex military ethos why don't you cut off the rest of the guys who are not ex military? Everything happens for a reason, probably a blessing in disguise that I don't work for this company anymore.

We have used Lead Security for our area for 6 months and we have seen a great improvement in the overall crime rate within our area. Lead Element Security plug a large hole which is present in communities as a physical deterrent. Their communication both in terms of responsiveness to live situations and engagement with residents is impressive. The administrative effort that comes with managing security for such a large community is overlooked and I for one acknowledge and appreciate the seamless onboarding process Lead Element Security have implemented. Finally they are extremely friendly. I’ve had the pleasure of engaging with Tony from the beginning and his team have done a great job of providing a high quality consistent service. I’m hoping we can see them remain as part of our community for a prolonged period and bring onboard more residents to the scheme we have setup to provide a safe community.
