He was really helpful in getting a current status report on the property condition swiftly raised and in helping with a review of the upcoming lease renewal . I was impressed with his knowledge and customer focus on all aspects of my current needs and I am confident my property investment is in good hands going forward. But I must leave a review to George Batley, who has done a fantastic job as property manager and gave me all the necessary support when I decided to end my tenancy to move to a different place. George is amazing at his job and has been an absolute star. He deserves a trophy for being so patient through the process and always replying so quickly to all my emails and phone calls. The switch process was easy and Leaders were very accommodating. Jess Carney has been my property manager since early 2019 and she has been amazing. For the past 2-3 years my experience with Jessica Carney from the Norwich Property Management team has been nothing short of 5 star. This also extends to other individuals and teams that I've dealt with, such as sales, but Jessica is always my first port of call (or email). David Smith5 StarLeaders have been looking after my properties for over 20 years now, and as I live overseas, have continuously given me excellent service. Emma and Katie go above and beyond just a "normal service"...they have been happy to answer my questions out of office hours, ( I live in Australia) . They dont just tell me what needs doing, they are always happy to talk through options and when asked, offer advise based on their experience. I cannot recommend them, or Leaders highly enough... and to be honest.. I wish they would look after my Australian Properties, as I cant find anyone that comes close to them here!Thursday 14th April 2022
