I saw Chris Jones at the Leaf Clinic for the first time yesterday. He was so thorough & meticulous in his assessment and treatment. Not only did he manage to resolve a lot of imbalances & accumulated tension, but he also suggested I might have some vagus nerve compression as I was experiencing worse IBS & insomnia. Last night, I had the best night's sleep in months if not years. I am so grateful & am already looking forwards to my next appointment. I'm a physical therapist myself, so have had my fair experiences with treatments. Chris' treatment really stood out. He's very, very good at his job.

Highly recommend Leaf Health Menai Bridge. I attended twice for an osteopathy appointment with Jonathan Mussen due to suffering with a painful shoulder and long standing headaches/migraines. Following the appointment my pain and headaches have improved considerably. Excellent service, I was made to feel at ease and all steps were explained thoroughly.

I've had osteopathic treatments at the Menai Bridge clinic of Leaf Health for many years now and can thoroughly recommend their professionalism, efficiency and friendliness. Some treatments have been for more serious problems and others for 'maintenance'(!) and all have been very successful and worthwhile. It's not just the treatment that works, the knowledge and advice that is passed on in terms of explantations and exercises to do at home is invaluable. Lastly, it's reassuring to know that Leaf is there when you need them with such a wide range of treatments available. Many thanks.

Julie is a wonderful, caring, professional therapist. She is very knowledgeable and explained her plan for the treatment, which muscles she was going to treat and why. The massage was amazing, she gave me self care exercises to help with my pain and restrictions. I would definitely recommend Julie.

Had back issues and went to Leaf for osteopath treatment. Very helpful and my mobility and general comfort was great after 1 session. Had a follow uo session to and recieved excellent advice on how to manage things in future.
