WHY GET MARRIED IN LONDON?

There are so many incredible wedding venues in London to choose from, the possibilities are endless! You have the beautiful architecture of The Old Marylebone Town Hall, super cool derelict Asylum Chapel for your ceremony or maybe the iconic Gherkin? You could even get married in the National History Museum. Trinity Buoy Wharf is also one of my favs! The Garden Museum is another stunning place, beautiful views of the Palace of Westminster across the Thames. What move could you want.

You’ve got loads of amazing quirky London pubs where you could have your wedding reception. Maybe this pub has a personal connection – did you meet here? Was it where your first date was? It’s great to have the location mean something to you both.

Some London wedding venues may have space for your bridal party to get ready, but the majority won’t, so another great option is to rent out an Air BnB. This will give you all the space you need and will also be great for photos. My top tip for this is try and book somewhere that has a lot of window light and is bright. The other option is a hotel, but some can be quite dark and a little small, so I’d suggest an Air BnB over a hotel.
