The surveyor even called to give me a verbal account of the survey he conducted, in case I had any further questions. The price was the most competitive and the booking process was simple. Mike in the customer care team was really helpful in providing the quote and answering any questions. Emma liaised with the agent on my behalf and booked it in earlier than expected, which was a bonus. Finally, Sean the surveyor was great, calling me the same day to talk me through the findings. This call is the real differentiator for me. I've had a survey previously, on a property that fell through, and didn't speak to the surveyor.
