Lisa Maunder5 StarBooked my son in with Louis. Son is probably neurodiverse and, although he wanted his hair cut, struggles with the process. Louis came out of the shop to meet my son and helped him come in with no pressure, just the invitation to see the space, have a drink and decide what he wanted to do. In the end no haircut today but only charged half when I offered to pay full. Louis also offered to open early or late so we could be only client, or just to do a tiny trim to build confidence.
