Anna Lawrence1 StarI appreciate this is a charity shop but surely as a business you should atleast be checking your donations are fit for purpose.
I visited a couple of days ago and the lamp I bought doesn't work, my partner bought a toy robot you build yourself - ALL of the mechanical parts are missing!
Please take more pride in what you do and the items you sell, I'm really disappointed with my first ever visit, I will not be back.Monday 4th November 2019
