I recently had the pleasure of working with Richard Barnett. I must say that he exceeded my expectations in every way. From start to finish, Richard provided exceptional service and made the entire process of selling my property a stress-free experience. I’ve known Richard at Litchfields for many years and have always returned to him as he is hardworking, patient, full of useful advice, trustworthy and generally a really good person. You always feel that he is working for you and that you are the client, which you don’t necessarily get with all agents. I'm blown away by the price we ended up with and I know that the timing was perfect but he had great buyers on his books. It's been an emotional few months but he made it the easiest it could have been. Thanks Richard

I did my due diligence, interviewing 6 firms before selecting Charles and Lichfields. From start to finish, from creating the promotion material to the signing of the completion document, Charles' conduct throughout "ticked every box". He was attentive, approachable, readily available, considerate, dignified, helpful, responsive and knowledgable. He earned my complete trust and confidence. Easy to deal with, Charles understood my needs and what I was searching for. Patient beyond the normal, and once the deal was agreed that's where I saw the 'real' work and value an Estate agent brings. Negotiating sensitive topics, agreeing terms, commerical oversight and guidance, emotionally understanding the gravity of the purchase and what that means to both the buyer and seller.
