OFTSED Quote Jan 2017

‘Children are welcomed into a very calm, nurturing and safe environment where they flourish and thrive. They are given time to form special bonds with their preferred key person. This helps to foster children's emotional well-being so that they are happy’

‘Children who speak English as an additional language are supported very well. Staff's innovative ideas, such as creating appealing books in children's home languages and sharing these at story time with peers, help them to feel valued’

‘The quality of teaching is good. Observations and assessments of children's learning are accurate. A collaborative approach is applied during key stages, such as the two year progress review, to engage all those involved with each child. Welcomed advice from professionals is threaded into the planning to help children make good progress’

They sent me an email in the evening that the following day would be the last day for my children as they can not provide the care. Just one night notice !! although the nursery was fully aware of the condition of my daughters and accepted them. They calculated the number of the sessions and meal around the double the actual value. In a few occassions, sand was found in the mouth of one of my daughters while i was collecting her. Two attacks of prolonged gastroentritis for my twins within 9 weeks of 3 sessions per week.

I am so disappointed...The nursery didn't support the needs of my children, wrong calculation of the fees and late response to my queries.
