I have found liz's laundry staff always friendly and polite good humoured & caring. I can not fault them they have returned my washing beautifully ironed and presented . They have happily collected and returned my 'bagload' at the arranged times to suit me not just theirs. I will always use them.

Cannot fault this company in any way. Go above and beyond what was expected when we used them to collect, washed and ironed, then delivered our 97 year old Mum's clean laundry back each week. A fantastic service all through the first lock down and beyond. Thank you so much Eileen and the team.

Visit often, Eileen and staff are top class , helpful and friendly. I take my ironing on a regular basis and they do it better than I could . Always satisfied. Very professional.

Incredibly rude staff work at this place. If I could give one star I would. The owner ('Liz'?!) seems to think that she owns the whole of Cockington Road. My friends and I used to have a cigarette by the bin on our lunch breaks and she would come out and accuse us of littering our ends all over the floor. When we looked down there were literally THOUSANDS of cigarette ends on the floor which she accused us of being entirely responsible for. EXCUSE ME???? We were smoking by a bin in order to dispose of our cigarette ends there and there is no way that we could have smoked THAT MANY on our lunch break. Silly and rude woman. Now that my friends and I no longer work where we used to, I should imagine that the carpet of cigarettes outside her shop is just as large if not bigger than before. After all, we have repeatedly witnessed her own staff smoking outside of the launderette. Hypocrite.
