Liam McDaid5 StarStarter motor recently went on our van and, while extremely busy, Brian was excellent and sorted us with a new motor. There was a slight unrelated issue after motor was installed without any hesitation Brain came back out and repaired the secondary issue at no additional charge.

Ralph Huggie1 StarGuy came to my house, was very friendly, I had booked him do an air com recharge that he said was no problem, he brought out a small Aerosol can, I asked it this a new piece of equipment ??? As the last time I had this done, the guy from ACs air Con had a machine with pipes & a canister, but I’m no expert ! , this guy (Brian) said it was a new gas and process , he placed it in the car and closed the door with the fan on max speed , the car filled with gas and he said leave it for 10 minutes and we will check the temperature, once he opens the door there was a nice smell of cherry, he placed his phone on the Dash and said “ah yes nice wee temperature in there , handed me the keys and billed me the £54.00 , all was good ,
Once he left in his green space ship I tried my newly gassed air con, it didn’t work, I called 6 times but he was absolutely horrible on the phone , eventually a woman answered (his service assistant) she said you got you’re gas , if you want it rechecked it will cost £64.00, I asked why more this time , she said it was to pay for her time on the phone , after giving up I got AC service to sort it , the guy Andy said that the can used was a smoke bomb to take smells out the seats and interior, I have since reported this to trading standards….. Avoid this guy he is con artist.Friday 6th August 2021
Derek Smith5 StarBrian has never let me down whether it has been changing discs on my car or when I call him out in the early hours to repair any of the 120 tri axle trailers I look after in Scotland. Always passes on great advice if any work may be needed in the future. Don't get him to do air con though as he doesn't do it, but will advise who can.

Audrey Watson5 StarBrian provided a great service as my van just stopped overnight. He responded quickly to my initial call and although he had to change time to visit, he contacted me in advance to let me know revised time. Quickly diagnosed issue and got it sorted. Very satisfied.
