Avoid this branch I was just going to print out bank statement. I logged to my bank application expecting it provable enough I am only who can log into it. First time in my life I was told it is not. 😪 Just wasted couple of minutes but after reading reviews here I am keen to write other one 🤪

Poor service. I went there to complete my account because they wanted my proof of ID. They didn't really want to help me because they didn't accept my contract as a copy in papers but neither as an email even though I explained that I don't have the original in papers but I could send it in email. Secondly they said to me as an excuse that they can't recognize my signature from the copy even though it was crystal clear and the same signature was on my passport as I showed them. My copy of contract was very clear as I just printed it as I had it in email.So what does someone do in this case? Goes to another bank where they will be willing to help them to become their customer. Just awful.

Do Lloyds have no concept of a bottleneck? One single means of paying in cash? Why are you punishing your customers? Yes, you are pushing customers to the point of frustration so they only use online services, understandable. Unfortunately it seems you've forgotten we are not a cashless society.

looks like someones front room with no till service. the guy working in there was confused when i said i wasn't comfortable paying money in via the machine and wanted to use a desk. He was insistent that i had to use the machine. I went to a different bank with my cash.

Digital branch NO cashier service and the staff are very unhelpful. You can only withdraw cash from the cash point and deposit using the deposit machine. Utterly pointless branch.
