We are a small but perfectly formed independent building company specialising in loft and garage conversions. Established in 2011 by partners Geraint Bowen and Richard Scammell, we are proud of our reputation for high-quality design and craftsmanship, delivered at competitive prices.

We have recently completed high quality loft conversions in Cardiff, Newport, Chepstow, Vale of Glamorgan and Bristol. Most of our work is in South Wales, but we're happy to travel, so please do get in touch if your dream conversion is a bit further away.
