I P3 StarThis site had an odd feeling about it. Not sure why but went home a day early. Not sure I'd return. Matley Wood is a definite favourite and would go there again many times before coming back to Longbeech.Friday 6th May 2022

George T1 StarI think the Wardens need to clarify the rules and make sure they are consistent.
Are dogs supposed to be on leads? Yes, they are so why is a blind eye turned to numerous campers/caravaners who let their dogs wander freely.
Are visitors allowed? No, so why are there campers/caravaners entertaining visitors?
Our daughter and grandchild were not allowed to visit even though they left their car outside the site!

Guy Douglas5 StarBrilliant Forest site. Sheltered under mature oak and beech trees. Ponies, deer and cattle graze on the site. No toilets, so bring your own. Pick up the permit from nearby Ocknell campsite.Friday 21st May 2021
