Steev Jones1 StarService department. Some of the staff are helpful, the ones that aren't make for a bad experience. Typically "it's not our problem" is what you hear from them. Unable to offer advice because it's "not our problem". Happy to take your money (and another of it), but no desire to go further than the bear minimum.
