Excellent customer service. We bought on line. Ryan provided us pictures of samples so we could get what we wanted. There Web site was good, showed you how our settee was put together. This was useful as wanted some springs in owes. We also purchased matteress and base in the colour we wanted. They prices are very competitive. Our settees are recliners very quiet. We also need them to be slightly smaller then most suites which is what we wanted. The delivery drivers were really helpfull unpacked everything put it together made sure it a worked be for they left and took the packaging.

Paid £1k for new lounge flooring. They wouldn't come to measure and offered me a deal if I measured my lounge. I did that. They promptly forgot about the 'deal'. Tried to overcharge me too. If I hadn't put a £200 deposit down I'd have walked away then. But I eventually got the right price. Fitter came. I was told by Lords that the fitter sealed the joint in vinyl laminate. He didn't it's lifted at the edges and they accused me of being aggressive when I called to report it. It's 1 months since my flooring was fitted. They now need my receipt before they'll even look into it and I have to email it to them. Great customer service, not! I mean just how many homes did they fit near £1ks worth of vinyl laminate into in the middle of December?! If I get no joy I'm going to the flooring manufacturer next to see what they can offer as it has a 15 year warranty. Based on this experience, I would avoid this company like the plague.

We had been looking at big brand shops when someone recommended Lord's. A wide variety of beds and we were left us in peace while we lay down, rolled over etc. The salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable and didn't pressurise or rush us at all. Our bed arrived today exactly 7 days from purchase and delivered by two helpful men. Really pleased with the service and quality of our purchase. It's good to support local businesses.

Received fantastic service and price for new high quality carpet. Really pleased with everything and like to thank the staff for helping me pick the right one. Had the best quality underlay with the carpet all at a very competitive price. They have good quality furniture at the store and will be popping back in for a dining table soon. All in all excellent store with very helpful staff. Thank you.

Spoke to Martin and purchased a leather recliner set that i had delivered on Friday. Brilliant service and very quick delivery.
