A really nice, positive environment. You don't necessarily need to buy anything to feel welcome and the staff give brilliant recommendations. One of the staff (Millie) has given me the Kindness program gift when I've gone in stressed in the past and it's truly made my day. Brilliant, charismatic staff all round, who are happy to help and share their wisdom *and samples* if necessary! I'll be coming in more :)

Me and my little boys nipped in on the way back from doing some jobs in town. The smell is inviting and he LOVES bath bombs. After a somewhat stressful trip around town with 2 small children I was greeted with a friendly smile and more importantly my eldest was chatting away with the sales assistant. I only intended to browse but of course my little boy roped me into buying a fabulous bath bomb. The sales assistants made us all feel totally welcome with a friendly chat, and a welcoming smile. I left a lot less stressed that’s for sure. I unfortunately never got their names but It’s safe to say we will definitely be back because of them and these girls a credit to the company.

I'd never properly been to a lush before, so I was super nervous and didn't know what to expect! I'm so so glad I went when I did because they had the most lovely staff! William helped me and my partner find exactly what we came for (candles!) and even showed us around more, explaining all the different options and letting us smell each one to decide what we liked. He even gave us recommendations and asked about our day. Such an amazing experience and helped us avoid getting overwhelmed by all the different products. Thank you William!

Went in Lush Preston today for the Red Cinnamon Shampoo bar, which is amazing for stimulating hair growth after cancer treatment. Met the nicest staff member, sadly didn't get her name but she will hopefully remember me, so just to say thank you again, you made my day.
