Absolutely loved my experience!! Mark was ridiculously helpful from the beginning.went over everything in detail about my wee car. Nothing was too much trouble. Even offered us a lift from the train station! I was dreading picking up my car because of my anxiety but I was put straight to ease and it was really enjoyable picking up my first car! I will definitely be back for my next one!!

Great garage to deal with, Mark was more than helpful and not pushy at all, took time to talk to us even after closing time. Got a great car and Mark volunteered to deliver it to me which he did. Nothing was any bother.

Car broke down 2 days after purchase, oil filter blew (apparently fixed this issue) several weeks later due to the fault not repaired correctly the engine blew up! Cleary happy to sell faulty cars and refuse to accept any responsibility (any reputable dealer would resolve the issue) now not answering callls as they know im correct! worst customer service ive ever experienced. Now taking the legal route via the finance company & independent inspection to reclaim my money and hopefully avoids anyone else being scammed ! Would absolutely NOT recommend

Would give one star if I could. Bought a Vauxhall Corsa back in December 2021. Was told the car was in excellent condition and this was also advertised online on Autotrader as great condition with no faults, cheap runaround etc. Took the car for its mot 4 months after buying after many faults with the car and was told the car was basically a write off. Coolant leaks, faulty handbreak, coil springs and shock absorbers broken, engine leaks... the list honestly goes on for days. Phoned the garage and was given a very unhelpful response along the lines of "that's what you get when you buy a car at this price, you expect to pay the extras to fix it"... Why not tell people that the cars are faulty at sale in the first place before selling them off as 'excellent condition'. Upon first buying the car we noticed minor faults like the seats not going forward and back properly and quite a few scratches but I thought these were small things I could get past. Honestly woud never return to this garage and I will be following up to get legal advice as this is completely wrong to be doing to people and so unfair. Extremely unhappy with this business.
