Done a emergency repair on a Saturday mid December made excuse my mains valve was odd size, the whole area and surrounding estates have same size, was supposed to come back on Monday to replace faulty part, messaged on Monday he couldn’t come I accepted the reason and asked to get penciled in for new year. Still waiting on response would not use him again and would raise the question if his excuse was the truth.

Martin was very prompt and solved the problem as our toilet wouldn't flush. He saved it as we did not need a new one. His pricing was reasonable and he ensured it was working properly before he left, he is not money minded unlike some plumbers and knows his trade well, very experienced, will definately use his services again and comes highly recommended.

Had leak over Christmas from toilet, came out an hour after I phoned to take a look and had part replaced and leak fixed the next day, excellent, helpful service.
