I now wish I had started with M&J in the first place as the quality of the product they sent was noticeably better, and the service, exemplary
I have used Jewson, for various items, who are OK, but who have a very misleading and awkward website and are hard to deal with by phone; I ended up using Amazon, which was Ok in the end but a white knuckle ride until the product arrived (and then was immediately out of stock for the additional materials I needed). M&J are nice people, great service and clearly very knowledgeable and they are a local firm so SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL COMPANY! :-)Tuesday 2nd February 2021

However an elderly staff member ( not the owner) treated my wife with such distain for returning a faulty electrical product, that we will not want to go back for fear of being humiliated in front of other customers.
It’s a pity because we have been here many times.Monday 2nd November 2020
