Poor service, brought off eBay, and paid for it to be shipped a certain way, they did not ship it this way (because I was apparently too far away) but at the end of the day that's not my issue, the item arrived damaged, and subsequently needed a full respray (and filling the deep gauges in the paintwork) when I contacted them for a partial refund (I was very reasonable seeing the item arrived a week late, damaged and not by the mothod of transport I paid for) they refused. Very poor service, ideally do not use. Brought parts from other provides previously that have arrived damaged, they were apologetic and always offer a refund or replacement part-how it should be done.

Went to M&M to buy a car. Nice and easy guys to deal with, honest description, couldn’t fault it, Looks & drives perfectly. Would highly recommend. 10/10

I've spoken to Mahmood, about some parts my nissan juke, received a quote and made payment. I was told my delivery will be the following day, I called in the morning the following day to ensure the delivery was sent out, at this point Mahmood told me the payment was unauthorised and I should contact my bank and send him my ID, I did just that the bank said the payment had gone through with no issue I went on my online account and sent him a photo that the payment was made successfully, called him up to ensure he received my WhatsApp showing confirmation of payment he placed me on hold for over 5 minutes to check his WhatsApp. He then came back and said I will receive my delivery next day once again, waited for the entire day, no delivery. Called up parcel who had sent me the notification because I thought the problem it was problem with them only to be informed that they haven't received the package from M&M. That's an entire week wasted by a waste man and his poor customer service will never use them again and will make sure no one i know use them.

Disgusting service , I buy a lot of parts though salvage company’s and this place is the worst by a mile. The guy I spoke too clearly needs to take a telephone course on how to deal with customers , he was rude unhelpful , and when I asked his name he wouldn’t give it to me. I then looked up the directors details to make a complaint and the same individual told me that the information on companies house was wrong and then the director had left since. Be very aware before giving any money over. Looking at the other reviews it’s clear that they have a bad reputation for this.
