Ross Brodie5 StarReally impressive from start to finish. Audrey advised me on window design. Then arranged for the window to be measured. Gave me an accurate timescale of when my window would arrive and estimated fitting date. 2 of the team came out and fitted the window. Whilst they were in they noticed my conservatory had a window that was not fitted properly or weather tight. Kenny came in and fixed that for me with no charge. Price and work spot on. Samantha Montgomery5 StarI contacted McLaughlan Glaziers to order me 2 very large cut to size pieces of glass mirror. The lady who works in the office Audrey is very helpful and responds quickly and she contacted me within 2 weeks to say my mirrors were in. I arrived to collect and the man who worked there measured my van and said it would fit in but just squeeze in, so may break in transit. He loaded it onto his van for me and followed me the 7 mile journey home and then carried it into my house for me, free of charge. Delighted with my purchase and the customer service I received, and they were a lot cheaper than Forsyth glass! Highly recommend!Wednesday 25th November 2020

Excellent service from coming initially to measure up and on day of fitment window removed and taken to their workshop for reglazing and reinstallation.
