Last week I had a jammed chain, again Carl agreed to sort this immediately and I barely over ran my lunch hour. Paul5 StarCarl serviced and fixed my 10 year old bike. Chain had snapped and everything needed some TLC. Carl took the bike at short notice and just over 24 hours later it was as good as new.
