Our engineers will always phone prior to an appointment to confirm that they will be calling at convenient time. Our office is always manned by helpful staff which ensures minimal response times for the local engineers. MacGregor Fire Protection Services Ltd offers a 24 hour call out for resetting our customer’s fire alarms. There is a next day service for an extinguisher refill and often it can be done on the same day. If it is more convenient you can drop your extinguisher off at the showroom and pick it up refilled on your way home.
