I stayed twice in the oldest and most beautiful part of the collage. These are student rooms with shared toilet and shower in the hallway. You can immediately see that these are student rooms. The beds are very comfortable. The walls are very thin. You can hear the neighbors very well. The first room was very spacious and I would give a 4.5, the second was smaller, but big enough. The second had the toilet and shower next to it. In bed you lie with your head next to the toilet bowl. You really hear every splash, drop, wind and flush as if the toilet is in your room. I pulled the bed away, but it wasn't a solution.
