As Home Manager of Magna Care Centre, I lead a professional team in providing the highest standards of residential and nursing care for up to 63 residents with varying needs. During my early career I gained a breadth of medical knowledge, including; intensive, elderly and stroke care. With over 9 years working at Magna Care Centre as a Registered Nurse and then as Deputy Manager I bring experience and knowledge of the residents, families and local community to my role.
I am passionate about ensuring residents have dignified and respectful care, and enriching our residents lives with social interaction. If I can make a difference to just one person a day it makes my job worthwhile.
Magna Care Centre is a relaxed home from home. The calm and welcoming atmosphere is down to the fantastic caring team that support me. Nothing is ever too much and they are always ready to go the extra mile when needed, an absolute credit to me, Magna Care Centre and Caring Homes.

all the staff really go above and beyond to ensure that the residents have the highest level of care and attention.
Throughout this covid pandemic, they have worked hard to keep all the families well informed, provided us with skype calls and postcard updates too.
The magna is set in beautiful gardens. I have enjoyed watching my great grandad spend time in during lockdown, gardening and harvesting vegetables and fruits, this was all shared by the brilliant wellbeing team on the Magna facebook page.

Liliana5 StarMy Grandfather is currently a resident at the Magna Care Centre.
It is a fabulous environment that goes above and beyond for both residents and their families.
I know that all the staff there truly care and treat their residents with love, dignity and as members of one big family.
Especially in current circumstances with visitation being not possible throughout lockdown it was so reassuring to know that all my Grandfather could possibly need was being taken care of. Being able to video call was invaluable and I know all staff have worked and continue to work tirelessly to keep all residents safe.
I particularly enjoy seeing the social media posts of the daily activities. It is a wonderful insight into the amazing happenings at the Magna Care Centre.
I could not recommend the dedication of care there more!

The love and support throughout the home is second to none. Situated in such Peaceful and beautiful grounds, with such a homely feel as soon as you walk through the door. Have been working there for 2 years now and I still love going into work, seeing all the residents smiles on their faces as they join in with activities in the lounge and enjoy the amazing garden and bbq parties.
