It was heartwarming to see the market bring together local people and foster a sense of togetherness after the pandemic. So much effort went in from the team – starting with Neil in setting up the information pack for prospective buyers, to Tina and Debra for the viewings and finally Wendy for being on the case with solicitors to ensure the sale went smoothly. Having had so many different advice from agents, we are happy we made the right choice of agent and not only got the price we wanted, but great personalised service. Excellent Agents!!! We sold our flat with the team in Shortlands. The service we received was exceptional from start to finish. So professional and helpful, you could not wish for a nicer friendlier team. Tina, Wendy and Neil were just fantastic, they helped the sell and purchase process run smoothly and always kept me calm. They kept the chain all together and always kept the communication going between the Estate Agents and Solicitors. If you want a personal, stress free process I would highly recommend without a doubt. We have had an excellent experience from start to finish. Nicci managed our rental for 2 years. She is efficient and thorough as well as a very nice person. Tina took over on the sale assisted by Wendy and they are all lovely as well as extremely professional. They work very well as a team. We think they are the best estate agency in the area and highly recommend them!

We used Maguire Baylis to sell our property in Shortlands. From our first meeting with Neil, through to the sale itself with Tina, they were nothing but professional. They were on hand when we needed them and despite the fact that we had to remove our house from the market briefly due to the mortgage crisis, they made us feel like we were their only client and were ready to act quickly when we re-listed, even getting it under offer within a week. M&G offer a friendly service with a bespoke feel. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.
