After an absolute nightmare dealing with DHL service points and their failing to help me send an urgent document to Spain. Mailboxes was recommended, so I trudged there with little hope... but what a joy! Nothing was too much trouble and I immediately had faith my document was safe in their hands. Thank you so much Mailboxes, you were like sunshine after a rainy day!

Fedix in the UK forgot to enter all my name, address and shipping address information into the terminal. Fedix simply entered the name of the country from Canterbury to Dublin into the terminal. Some apologized that the Fedix staff were responsible for receiving my British package. But many people made many excuses. It's stuck at customs.Pay more money. Tracking number is not recorded.I don't know the address.I can't find it because I don't have a 12-digit number. I was told that my luggage would arrive in Dublin in two days.I paid a high fee. I sent it on June 9, 2021.We arrived in Dublin two days later.However, Fedix didn't enter the shipping address in the terminal, so my package can't arrive.My luggage is missing.Hurry up and look for it. Please send it by DHL.I told you many times. But why did you send it to Fedix's company? I lost my luggage because I sent it by FedEx. Be sure to find my five pieces of luggage. I'll write it down again when my package arrives at the destination.Those who read this will understand how long my luggage is missing.
