This was no ordinary cake either this was a last minute change to a vegan lemon cake with very little notice

Marilyn was very accommodating and was able to provide the cake very quickly (I'd only requested the cake just over a week before mum's birthday). I'd asked for the cake to be gluten free and we'd arranged everything via email, which was really convenient for me.
The cake looked amazing and tasted great, everyone was very happy!
