Our company is one of the largest independent carpet retailers in the UK. Since I moved to Exeter, bought a house in 2002, Market Carpets in Marsh Barton have been my choice when compared with all other flooring suppliers in the area. I’ve just had vinyl flooring installed to replace the carpet they laid in 2005!! Service 100% Selection 100% Product, price and superior skilled fitting 100% I challenge you to find the join in the picture! I promise it’s in there, in the middle of the first image.

Incredibly satisfied customer. So easy, reasonably priced and excellent quality. My stairs are quite awkward but the carpet fitter did a really amazing job. Would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately not a good experience from a company we thought we could trust. Being recommended a specific flooring due to its durability, the same as they’ve had fitted in the shop floor for years, apparently. After thousands of pounds spent and numerous rips in this ‘durable’ flooring, we are told they won’t sort the issue, it isn’t their fault. Maybe we shouldn’t have believed what the sales person was saying, but I do know we definitely should have gone to Tapi or Carpetright, which we will be recommending to others.

Just had a new carpet fitted in my lounge/diner. I’ve never had a new carpet before so was a bit dubious but Market Carpets have been great. Free measurement and free fitting were all part of the service and my new carpet looks great. Can’t believe how good it looks. I’ll be wanting my hallway, stairs and landing doing soon after I’ve decorated and I will have no hesitation in using them again. Thank you for your excellent service Market Carpets.
