Ben did a really fantastic job in selling our property. He was super communicative (even when clearly out of working hours) with viewings and got lots of people through the door. When we accepted an offer he really came in to his own - he did extremely well in a particularly difficult transaction at quite a stressful time for us. Ben knew exactly when to involve us and when to deal with issues himself. No task was too big or too small for him to take on. If we sold again in the area we would be straight back to M&P and request that Ben sold for us!
