We are now only accepting pre-booked face to face appointments. If you want a face to face appointment, please ring us on 0191 4553181 and we will advise you on the best way for us to give you the legal advice you require. During these appointments, please follow government advice and keep a safe distance from each other and your advisor. Please also follow any guidance offered by your advisor, or our staff. Unfortunately, no toilet facilities will be available during your visit to our offices.
Therefore, please do not come into our offices. If you have the most common symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19), that is a new continuous cough and/or a high temperature, please follow the government guidance. If you are required to attend our offices, we would ask that where possible, only those seeking the advice should attend. If it is necessary to bring someone to support you, could you please limit that to one person.
Whilst we are continuing to arrange and hold appointments with our clients at our offices, we also recognise the increasing need for telephone appointments or contact by other electronic means and, when you contact us, we will discuss and make the most suitable arrangements with you.
During this period, it would be helpful when making a payment, if this could be done using a credit or debit card, or by bank
transfer. But we would be happy to discuss the options available to you at the time.

We used them for the sale and purchase of property. Viki was unresponsive to communication ....weeks would go by without responding to emails and phone calls, with no updates as promised. When work was completed it was done to a good standard but there was still outstanding issues which caused multiple delays in completing.
Two months on from completing there are still documents outstanding and surprise surprise, Viki does not respond to queries!! They might be cheap but if you value your sanity and want things resolved quickly, go elsewhere.
I could honestly list at least 10 more issues we had with them, including lying and withholding funds but I'll save that for the formal complaint that will be submitted to the Ombudsman!Saturday 30th October 2021
