An initial comprehensive & detailed quote with a 10 year guarantee, which was important as we had a full reslate of our roof. The roofers Danny and Darryl were polite and efficient and they managed to get the waterproofing material on before the torrential rains continued throughout the month of October. It was nice to have an established company with Dale overseeing the project which meant that when we encountered problems with the failing of fascia boards and window panels, he could easily access other tradesmen like Jaimie (joiner) and Harry (painter) to get everything completed whilst the scaffolding was still up. Overall a very good experience.
