Just moved rental agents to Martin and Co. How utterly refreshing to speak to helpful, supportive, intelligent, diligent staff who understand and get the job done. There were huge works to perform in the short period before the new tenants moved in, and the staff at Martin and Co got in there and sorted it. They also noticed incorrect paperwork handed over from the previous agent, and were practical in arranging a back-up cleaning appointment if the tenant failed to clean. And thank goodness they did. Just a great job. Cannot recommend them enough.

I sold my property through Martin & Co., Beckenham Branch last year and received an excellent service from James Gough and his team. I had rented out the property for the previous 14 years, also through Martin & Co., and decided to market the property through them as I had received exemplary service from James Gough since he took over the Beckenham Branch. I received offers on the first day of viewing and the sale was very efficiently expedited from start to completion by James Gough. I would definitely use Martin & Co.'s services if I was renting out or selling a property in the Beckenham area again.
