We had an offer inside of 3 weeks which sadly fell through very late in the process (to no fault of the agent) but the way Andreas and Eni reacted was amazing, the house was re listed straight away and they both started to speak to prospective buyers again - 3 viewings within 4 hours and another offer accepted within 24 hours.
