Rang them up to explain and got a horrible foreign women screaming down the phone saying she packed the bag!! If it was in the bag we wouldn't be ringing!!! Told them to come and pick the scrap up but that was a waste of time! Avoid at all costs! Attitude stinks!!Friday 30th September 2022
