lindsay Redfern1 StarSales team on the phone were helpful, every other part of the organisation hopeless, delivery 5 hours late with no apology or phone call to advise. Concrete like dishwater and took 2 days to speak to a Manager who couldn't give a toss and tried to tie me up in technical terms to confuse and patronise. Told him to speak to the driver about concrete as he didn't believe me and have heard nothing since. If I ran my business like theirs I wouldn't expect to survive. Cancelled pre-booked orders and ordered 3 loads of concrete from Wright Mix, Leicester, excellent quality, friendly and helpful drivers and competitively priced.Saturday 28th November 2020
