Sam Bass1 StarAvoid avoid avoid. Absolutely awful. Never keep to their times, turn up when they like. Most carers don’t even make conversation with my dad and while transferring my dad to a chair they grab him by the arms even though he told them not to they still continued to drag lift. also when canceling a call due to appointments they still turn up. No communication, no help from management I would avoid this company.Tuesday 27th June 2023
Sam Johnston5 StarDuring the care of my Grandad the staff were incredibly friendly from the carers to the management. My Grandad was always put at ease and the staff always made him smile even on days he wasn't feeling so well. I couldn't recommend Merit Homecare Services enough.Friday 9th December 2022
Ste Nicholas5 StarCare for a close relative of mine, I do not know what we would do without the lovely carers. Very caring and attend to my aunts needs, nothing phases them and nothing is too much to ask. Management do their best to cater for any requests of us and we couldn't ask for more from themTuesday 11th October 2022
Adele Draper1 StarAvoid if possible your just wasting your money some good staff who do care but a lot that don't.
If you have a problem the management don't care ,do your research before you use them as they are going in to look after your vulnerable relative and in our case a lot was lost .Friday 19th August 2022
Gavin Liddle4 StarThe company itself is not what I would consider great (they don't always put the preferences of my Nanna first), but the care staff make up for lack of management. My Nanna looks forwards to her "girls" visiting and often talks about them and during the first lockdown they did all they could to make her feel loved and wanted. Even using their own phones to allow my Nanna to video call her granddaughter and great-grandchildren.Saturday 7th November 2020
