Merseyside Electrical Services have been good enough to come and fix our drier a few weeks ago and then our washing machine today. They responded very quickly and fixed both appliances. Very happy with the service provided and would highly recommend.

I have just called this company regarding a washing machine repair. I was attempting to explain how I had tried to fix the problem myself, thinking this information would be helpful. The man I spoke to was rude, abrupt and unhelpful. He proceeded to tell me that he would be unable to come and fix my washing machine, as he does not fix botched DIY repairs...all I had tried so far was unscrewing the filter!!!!!! Shocking attitude. Surprised he had any business at all. But don't worry, there are good guys out there, try Hanson Domestics, they were extremely helpful and polite. They guided me over the phone and saved me a fortune. Manners cost nothing.

I cannot sing the praises enough of the guy who called out to my house. I explained I had one of those 10 kilo american tumble dryers and a previous engineer had walked in and said "what the hell possessed you to buy such a machine"! That was excellent customer relations!!! The MES guy called out ans spent over an hour and half taking machine to bits and identifying the problem. He then put the machine together and told me that he knew the exact problem areas and needed to look up the wiring system for the machine to make sure it had the correct safety switch in place in order that the machine would not short in any way cause any harm to the user. He went away and looked up the wiring specs and contacted me to say work could be done. He came back spent 2 hours here replacing the parts and then..music to my ears when he turned the machine back on!! I cannot fault the service he gave me and am telling all friends about him. It w at all. He made sure the model had the as nice to think he was not ripping me off in any way. He went away and did his research to ensure that the right cut out switches were installed in the machine if ever there was a fault. So impressed by level of service and communication from his "office." Will never ever again take out an insurance policy to cover machine failure. I will call this guy every time. If something is done well..you have to pass your satisfaction onto others who maybe looking to use the services of this company. Thanks
