If I could give 0 stars I would, but the lowest score has to be one star to post a review. Just don't bother, I'm serious. Endless broken promises about when they will show up and never do. I've actually lost count of how many times they said they would turn up and didn't, several wasted days waiting for them to show up. Dreadful communication and nigh on impossible to get in touch with them on the day - phone calls unanswered, messages ignored after the prearranged time has come and gone. When you do hear back from them, invariably a day or two later, I heard many reasons and excuses as to why they didn't show up. Then promises were made to be there on time on the next arranged day only to be let down yet again.

So disappointed with this company. They take on contracting work for Curry's and then do not fulfil their jobs. Two days I took off work waiting on them coming to put my TV on the wall. Excuses and promises made that they would attend and then no show.. They don't even have the manners or customer service skills to phone their customers or Curry's customer service team to update them on what is happening. They have the audacity to rate themselves as a 5 star service, unbelievable. I certainly would not recommend them and I feel sorry for Curry's who trusted them to service their customers and now getting major grief as result.
