As good as brand new! Backs had completley worn through as had soles from walking 10k a day in them. Colour also a faded light brown and the leather hard, cracked and rigid. Shoes are now back to the original colour with a great soft comfortable sole and new backs. Couldn't be happier. Michael gave me reasonable price and turned them around in just over a week. Will be going here again for any leather shoe repairs!

Michael was helpful, empathic and did a button replacement and a high quality repair to a tear in my elderly father's vintage sheepskin coat -he'd warned me the colour match might not be perfect (managed my expectations well) and I was pleasantly surprised that it was much better than I expected. He did the repair within a couple of days too -great service and professionalism. I thoroughly recommend him.

A brand new pair of Gucci loafers had an unfortunate run in with a puppy... Heading back to the US at the end of the week, I called Michael's in a bit of a panic and he sounded excited to take a look and see what could be done. We talked through options to provide the best fix and was very transparent about what the finished result would look like with regards to tiny imperfections. A few days later (a day earlier than planned) I stopped by the shop and was blown away by the end result. Such a fantastic job, in such a short timeframe, for an unbelievable price. Incredible workmanship. Cant recommend highly enough.
