A massive thank you to the staff at this friendly salon when I arrived for my first appointment today. There was no trace of my booking (I've since discovered that I made it at Michelle's Hair in Congleton, Cheshire accidentally!!) I was welcomed in regardless, and Kelly did a fantastic job of cutting and styling my hair within an hour. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend this hair salon for its genuine warmth and great customer service.

I could not fault my experience at this salon. Excellent hygiene practices, lovely people (and pets!) and the best haircut and blow dry I've ever had. I love this place ❤️

Absolutely love going to Michelles salon all the ladies are incredibly friendly and so very talented! Tracie is amazing when it comes to children's cuts especially those with special needs she does my two autistic boys hair and has the patience of a saint. Sarah and cat are incrediblely talented at cutting and colouring my hair making me feel a new person. Caroline and kat dose an amazing job cutting my husbands hair we all leave happy and feeling amazing.

We have been regulars here for quite some time now, Tracie and her staff are fantastic, we have 3 autistic kids who didn't tolerate haircuts very well, until we came here, they now look forward to going.

I strongly recommend this salon all the staff are super friendly and polite. Definitely worth the money and when it comes to perms they did amazing job and I will be going again for when I next perm.
