From the moment we met Charlie Ruff at Mile, we felt totally at ease. Professional, kind and knowledgeable, Charlie really listened to what we were looking for and showed us properties that met our needs. He did such a good job that we fell in love with the second property and just exchanged yesterday! My property has been let and managed by Miles for 2 years now and i have had peace of mind throughout they are professional courteous and pro active. We recommend their services happily I live beneath my letting and being older generation it was important to get along as my tenants are also my neighbours. Miles estate secured us a couple with a young daughter who have proved to be model tenants and great neighbours they have renewed with us and we would welcome them to again and again well done Miles Estate good job

Where do I start…our wonderous property industry is plagued with many Estate Agents that have “fallen” into it, these people have no passion, interest or knowledge of anything relating to property and are most of the time just out of school, this does not occur within Mile Estates. The knowledge and passion is almost breathtaking as soon as you speak to them especially Kyle. They love what they do and it shows. I have worked with these guys now for 2 years and a question was asked in my office the other day; which of your clients would you work for if you didn’t work where you do, I named Mile Estates which quite sums up their infectious nature. They will go to the ends of the earth to make sure their client is happy and treated correctly. I would not hesitate, not for a second in recommending these wonderful guys, they are going to grow and grow so either jump on the train or choose an agent that will not be able to sell/let your property then give it to Mile for a higher fee 👍

Louise Gibbons is by far the most efficient letting agent I have ever worked with, over many years: nothing is too much trouble for her. She is helpful, sensible, accurate and lightening-quick in responding to queries and requests. In addition to which, she is a pleasure to deal with.
