The hardest decision of my life has quite possibly turned into the best decision of my life. My father is being looked after by some of the kindest and wonderful people I have had the privilege to meet. Everyone is so caring, respectful and thoughtful. They have made my Mother, Joyce B, very welcome & comfortable as well as caring for her. The Home is always very clean and well presented, her room likewise and every member of staff is efficient, caring and always with a smile on their faces! Thank you Milford House.

Had an awful experience with this care home earlier this year - during a few weeks respite for our father we, as a family, were very disappointed at the level of care he received, with so many issues ranging from medical to emotionally humiliating over a short stay. Whilst some of the individual staff were nice the manager was very unpleasant. The last 2 reviews appear to have been posted by members of staff so be careful what you take as recommendations when looking for a place for your loved one - we would suggest you look elsewhere.
