Mauricio Vazquez5 StarJust a reliable, clean and helpful place to do laundry. I only came here for their washer and dryer, self-serve. The owner was very helpful, the machines look new and work great, great location, fast and friendly. This is in sharp contrast to another place two miles away where it was the complete opposite of all of those items I just listed. I brought back a shirt to the shop, still in cellophane, that was clearly smeared during their "cleaning". I find out only after several days (they pack them 2 by 2, and I didn't see it immediately). The guy at the counter (one I didn't see before) said that it was their policy to re-clean it only within 24 hours. I was bringing them a bulk of shirts, as usual, and pointed out that I was their customer since 2019! He didn't care at all.
I said that they were losing a customer and he answered that there were other shops in the same road.
Well done, really, good attitude, truly customer oriented!
